A former Vice Chancellor of the Redeemer’s University, Prof Oyewale Tomori has disclosed the secrets behind Redeemed Christian Church of God lead pastor, Enoch Adeboye's success.
Tomori, in a speech on Wednesday, February 3rd, has identified simplicity, honesty, faith and absolute confidence in God as the reasons the clergy is so successful.
He spoke at the 2nd Annual Public Lecture Series to markPastor Adeboye’s 74th birthday at the Haven Event Centre, Skypower Ground, GRA, Ikeja, Lagos.
According to Tomori, when God called Pastor Adeboye, he surrendered all and God decided to do wonders through him.
He said the church, which had less than 40 parishes across Nigeria before his emergence as the general overseer, grew to over 40,000 parishes in 186 countries.
Pastor Adeboye, in appreciation, said, “I want to express my deep gratitude to everyone who have honoured me today. I pray that the God who they have honoured in my life will honour and celebrate them.”
