Chelsea v Manchester United: Fallen giants renew hostilities

Manchester United vs Chelsea Wallpaper #1
This Premier League blockbuster still holds special significance for English top-flight aficionados who recall epic tussles for supremacy in the mid-2000s. Let's not forget that Chelsea - despite a lacklustre season - are defending champions and unbeaten under Guus Hiddink.
As nostalgic as it would be to dwell on the past successes of both clubs, the truth is that the pair are no longer the footballing forces of nature they once were. Manchester United’s fall from grace is easily explained, Chelsea’s less so, and although the rivalry runs deep, this match will neither decide the league title nor prove a crucial determinate in the season of either party.
So why be interested? Simple. Form is temporary, while the adoration of supporters lasts a lifetime. There’s also the fact that the match is usually ill-tempered and always difficult to predict. Which neatly brings us to the point; who are you backing to take the bragging rights from this Super Sunday clash?
