A young woman in Harare, Zimbabwe, Dorothy Nyachowe, got a bitter pill when an angry wife, Moreblessing Ngome, teamed up with some of her friends, Emily Mabwe, Judith Muchenje, and Diana Chibanda, to beat and humiliate her and pouring dry pepper into her privates, according to MyZimbabwe.
Her crime: sleeping with Ngome's husband. The report say that Nyachowe was caught red handed on Ngome's matrimonial bed with her husband having sex but the man managed to escape his angry wife and her friends, leaving his mistress at their mercy.
To complete the humiliation, the women allegedly took turns toinsert their fingers in Nyachowe's private part and had her dance naked in full view of other residents, while they recorded the scene on their phones. They also forced her to wash the bedsheets they had used and detained her for seven hours.
It was the video recording of the abuse that went viral on social media, thereby catching the attention of the police who arrested Ngome and her accomplices.
They have been charged to court and sentenced to various terms of imprisonment and fines.
