Pastor Hastings Salanje is a man of God like no other. His recent testimonies on Facebook showcasing his impressive fleet of luxury vehicles has gained him many enemies than friends but Pastor Salanje is not fazed one bit. In his own words, “the good Lord has embarrassed him with blessings” why should he not rejoice in them?
Responding to questions on social media the pastor had this to say:
Q: To be rich is it to have many cars?
Pastor Salanje: Yes to be rich is to have many cars apart from other things , cars are luxury, check in the bible kings were known by how many chariots they had not how many houses. Every body sleep in the house, but surely every body is not driving. Some cars are expensive than houses, the money for one car you can buy two houses in nyambadwe or in any other good area. If you can spend more on luxury then you are truly blessed. I will be straight forward
Q: How difficult is it for rich and poor people to go to heaven?
Pastor Salanje: It’s true that it is difficult for a rich man to go to heaven, but that is if you got your wealth outside of God. Is difficult because if you come to God, God will pull you down so that you can start with him,which many rich people are not willing to do that. But if you start already with God then is simple, look at king David ,Solomon , Abraham, etc, they were all rich but they are in heaven.i can tell you that is also difficult to go to heaven when you are poor than when you are rich, because you desire,complain, no place to live, no food, jealousy, you are forced to do other evil things like uhule (prostitution) etc just to get money while a rich man can not be forced to do that. So going to heaven is a choice and people must make their decision because it is not easy,from what i see many people will end up in hell yet they were thinking they were going to heaven .Amen
