Couple stabs neighbour for reporting their loud sex to the police.

A Tennessee, USA couple, Johnny Allen Richards, 33, and Erin Brooke Lawson, 32, have been arrested for stabbing their next door neighbour, Mark Galin, for calling the police when he heard loud noises coming form their apartment at night, fearing there was domestic abuse, reports Huffington Post.

But as it turned out, the couple were having sex and in the heat of it, made so much noise that Galin thought they were fighting.

The police, acting on the call, went to the location and arrested the coupleon charges of assault but after they were released, Richards and Lawson confronted Galin and stabbed him in the hand witha broken rake.

A policeman attached to the Hawkins County Sheriff Office, Cpl. Kenneth Ferguson said there was 'blood on the end of the rake handle that was recovered at the scene.'

Galin told police that Richards also hit him with a 2-by-2 stick.

This time, Richards and Lawson were taken to the Hawkins County Jail and each charged with one count of aggravated assault.

Richards has been arrested 45 times since 2001 on charges including burglary, theft, domestic assault, drug possession and public intoxication, while Lawson has been arrested 31 times on charges including drug trafficking, theft, domestic assault, stalking, and public intoxication.
